Consulting and restoration, 1992-2024.
Ash Lawn Highlands, Charlottesville, Virginia. Conservation Assessment Team. Worked as part of a creative team of conservator-consultants coordinated to evaluate the condition ot the building and its contents. This team also developed a systematic approach to the treatments found to be necessary through out analysis. March-July 1992.

Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia Restoration of "The Battle of New Market," by Benjamin West Clindinst, circa 1914. A 20'x30' mural on canvas mounted to the wall. Surface restoration and minor repair. In situ.
Pepco Building, Washington, D.C. Now owned by the American Medical Association. Structural transfer of two frescos by James Michael Newell. Circa 1931.
Department of Archives, Payap University, Chiang Mai, Thailand. Created, designed and participated in three month project in 1985 involving the tracking down of the thirteen remaining makers of Brousonetia Papyfifera, a handmade paper, in Northern Thailand. Once found, each maker's process was documented both photographically and by taped interview, and samples of materials were taken and analyzed. Involvement in research and development of this paper for Payap University is ongoing.
